Which document for which customer

How to use Template A
- Download Template A from the partner area or as a PDF (opens in a new tab) and fill in the parties. The template has no other blanks.
- Appendix 1 describes the processing on the platform, Appendix 2 the technical measures. Read Appendix 2 carefully all the same: it lists measures that you comply with yourself, such as personal logins with two-factor sign-in, removing access when someone leaves, and no conversation content outside the platform without the customer's instruction.
- When reselling, Appendix 3 Part A names bhomy and its sub-processors. If you use services of your own, such as a workflow in n8n that receives transcripts, you enter them in Part B. Otherwise Part B stays empty.
- Conclude the contract in text form before the customer uses the platform or you access their account.
- When reselling, you confirm the conclusion in the partner area and keep the evidence.
How to use Template B
Template B (PDF (opens in a new tab)) is a unilateral declaration from you to your customer. You fill in the parties, sign it and hand it over in text form. It obliges you and the people who work on the customer's account for you to maintain confidentiality under § 203 StGB.
