Referring without setup
You introduce bhomy, the customer sets up on their own or with us, and you receive commission for as long as they pay. This is how a pure referral works.
You don't have to set bhomy up yourself to earn from it. With a pure referral, you introduce bhomy, the customer signs up via your partner link, and we take care of the contract, invoice and support. You receive your commission for every paid invoice.
How a referral works
- You introduce bhomy to a company, for example in a conversation, on your website or in your newsletter.
- The customer signs up via your partner link or enters your partner code when signing up, at the latest before their first payment.
- They set up their agent themselves with this Help Center, or book a setup with us.
- After each paid invoice, your commission account records the commission as pending. After a 30-day holding period, it becomes available.
- We settle by credit note and transfer the money.

The partner code doesn't come with a discount for the customer. It's used only for assignment. Don't publish it, for example on coupon sites. We can block and replace a published code. Link and code are separate: the code isn't part of the link, and we block and replace each of them individually. Assignment works without a cookie: the identifier travels in the address into the app and is stored there.
What you see about your customers
In the partner area you see, for each referral customer, the company, plan and billing period, the contract status, and the date and net amount of paid invoices, refunds and chargebacks. You don't see call data, callers' phone numbers, the agents' content or payment data. The customer is told when signing up that they're assigned to you and which details you receive.
Your own services remain your business
You can also offer your referral customer consulting, setup, training or ongoing support and bill for it yourself. You provide these services under your own responsibility. If you need access to their account for this, they grant it to you in the dashboard, see Partner account and partner access.
