inference broker, and some of their providers are based in the USA;
they are disclosed in the data processing agreement. Call transcripts
are deleted automatically 30 days after the call, and for customers
bound by professional confidentiality, bhomy.ai issues a
confidentiality undertaking under § 203 of the German Criminal Code.
