Subscription and minute packs instead of credit
bhomy bills via plans with included minutes and minute packs for extra usage. How they work together and what they mean for commission, discount and demo minutes.
At bhomy there's no credit that a customer tops up. Every customer account has a plan with included minutes per month. If the customer needs more, minute packs are added, automatically if they wish. This keeps the invoice predictable, and the agent keeps taking calls without interruption.

All prices are net plus VAT.
How they work together
- The agent uses the month's included minutes first.
- At 90% usage, bhomy books a pack if Book packages automatically is switched on, and charges it immediately.
- If automatic packs are off and the allowance is used up, the agent stops taking calls until a pack is booked.
- Unused pack minutes are available in the following month as carry-over.

If you want to offer your resale customers a minute model of your own, such as a fixed allowance at a flat price, you agree this in your contract with them. Towards bhomy, the chosen plan with the pack rules applies to every customer account.
Demo minutes in your partner account
Your partner account has 25 demo minutes per calendar month, 250 with Partner Plus, without carry-over in both cases. If you need more, you book minute packs at the list price. More under Test calls and demo minutes.
