Become a partner
Who can become a bhomy partner, how sign-up works, what the two partner plans include and which obligations you take on.
bhomy partners are agencies, IT service providers, phone system dealers, consultants and anyone who supports businesses with telephony, customer service or digitalisation. The partner account comes free of charge or as Partner Plus for €49 a month. You earn from every customer for as long as they pay and our partnership continues.
Who can take part

We admit large companies only with prior consent. This applies if your company looks after more than 2,500 customers, employs more than 250 people or has an annual revenue of more than 50 million euros. Your account then stays under review until we have agreed to the admission in text form, and we'll get in touch with you.
Sign-up
- Choose your partner plan, see the table below. For the free partner account, you first book an intro call at bhomy.ai/en/become-a-partner/contact (opens in a new tab). For Partner Plus, you sign up directly.
- Open the link to sign up as a partner and choose the partner plan: free, Partner Plus or Individual.
- Enter your company, your address, your contact details and a phone number, and confirm that you're acting as a business.
- Complete the self-assessment on customers, employees and revenue.
- Add a payment method. We only charge it for Partner Plus, for services you explicitly book and, when reselling, for the invoices of your customer accounts.
- Set up two-factor authentication. It's mandatory for partner accounts.
- Finally, accept the partner agreement with Annexes 1 to 3. We store the version and the time, and you'll find them later in the partner area.
What happens next depends on the partner plan. In the free partner account, your account is under review: you can sign in, but you don't see a partner area, identifiers or demo minutes yet. After the intro call, we activate it and send you an email. With Partner Plus, we activate your account automatically with the first successful payment. If your details require a review, for example because your self-assessment is above one of the thresholds above, we only activate it after the review and only charge the fee then. Both partner plans include your partner link, recruitment link and partner code for assigning your customers and the partners you recruit, the partner area with customer overview, commission account, credit notes, level and documents, and, from the Bronze level, Training and webinars. You can add more demo minutes as a pack at the list price. All prices are net plus VAT. In the free partner account, the intro call is the way to activation, and with Partner Plus you can book it as well.
If you choose Individual when signing up, we agree the terms with you, for example more demo minutes, phone numbers or concurrent calls. Until we have agreed them in text form, the free partner account applies.
In the free partner account, the following also applies: if you don't win a paying customer in the first 3 months after activation or after switching from Partner Plus, the demo minutes lapse. Your account remains, and with your first paying customer the demo minutes come back. If nobody signs in for 6 months and no paying customer is assigned to you, we can deactivate the demo assistants and terminate the partner agreement.
Switching or cancelling Partner Plus

If your account was activated automatically with the first payment and we have never activated it after a review, demo minutes, phone number, transfer and SMS are suspended after Partner Plus ends, until we activate it after a review. The partner agreement, partner area, partner link, recruitment link, partner code and your commission claims remain in any case.
What we expect from you
- You act under your own name and don't pretend to act for bhomy.
- You present bhomy accurately and use the approved statements for this, see Marketing material.
- You label advertising with your partner link as advertising.
- You keep the notice that an AI system is speaking in every agent, including in your own greeting with Partner Plus.
- You use your partner account for demonstrations and tests, not for paying customers.
Termination
The partner agreement runs for an indefinite period. Either side can terminate it with 1 month's notice to the end of a month, and you can also do this directly in the partner area. You cancel Partner Plus on its own at the end of the billing month, see above. What happens to your commissions after the agreement ends is explained under Refunds and cancellations.
