Proposal template
A template for your proposal to copy, with the starting point, solution, scope of services, prices from the price list, term, data protection and next steps.
A good proposal is short and picks up the prospect's words. Copy the template below into your own document with your layout and replace everything in square brackets. The sentences about bhomy come from the list of statements; only change them if the meaning stays the same.

DATA PROTECTION
Web interfaces, data storage and real-time communication run in
Frankfurt am Main. bhomy obtains the language models through an
inference broker, and some of their providers are based in the USA.
Providers and transfer mechanisms are disclosed in the data
processing agreement, which is included under Art. 28 GDPR when the
contract is concluded. Call transcripts are deleted automatically
30 days after the call.

When reselling, you conclude the contract with your customer yourself. Then, in the prices section, you only state your prices, in the term section your terms, and in the data protection section you add the sentence: "You conclude the data processing agreement with us." What doesn't belong in any proposal
- Statements that aren't on the list of statements or are expressly excluded there, see Marketing material.
- Promises of a particular result, such as a number of appointments.
- bhomy services that go beyond the terms and conditions, the service description and the price list.
- Your partner code in a public document. It may go into a personal proposal to a prospect.
