Partner academy

Five modules on product, setup, demonstration, sales and customer care, with an exercise on your demo assistant at the end of each module.

The academy takes you in five modules from the basics to your first customer you look after. Each module consists of pages of this help center in a fixed order and ends with an exercise on your demo assistant. The academy is part of your partner account from the Bronze level, so from the start.

Module 4: Selling

Exercise: Role-play the first meeting with a colleague, with the three objections you hear most often.

Module 5: Starting and looking after customers

Exercise: Decide for your first customer whether you refer or resell, and who takes care of what in the first 30 days.
