Seven wow moments in the demo

The moments when prospects understand what bhomy does for them, from their own call and the appointment booking to the summary in the inbox.

Enthusiasm rarely comes from a feature list. It comes when the prospect experiences something themselves that fits their everyday life. These seven moments are suitable for that. Choose two or three that fit your prospect's trigger and prepare them.

Wow alone isn't enough

An impressed prospect isn't a customer yet. Connect each moment to the problem they described to you, and then lead to the next step, see Closing. A demonstration full of nice moments that ends without an appointment is a missed opportunity.

1. Their own call

The prospect calls their demo agent with their mobile, and it answers in the name of their company. They ask about opening hours, services or an appointment and get answers that are correct.

How to prepare it: A demo agent with the company name, services and the three most frequent questions, see Build a customer demo.

2. The appointment in the calendar

The prospect books an appointment during the conversation, and while you're still talking, it's in the calendar. If Google Calendar or Outlook is connected in Cal.com, it appears there too.

How to prepare it: A Cal.com event type with free slots in the next few days, connected in the demo agent, see Booking appointments.

3. The summary in the inbox

Shortly after hanging up, the email arrives: who called, what it was about, which details the agent captured. This is where the owner sees how a call reaches them, even if they can't answer at that moment.

How to prepare it: Email after the call to an address you can show in the demonstration, and variables in the Context Extractor, such as anliegen (request) and rueckruf_gewuenscht (callback requested).

4. The language changes

The prospect or someone from their team suddenly speaks English, Turkish or Polish, and the agent answers in the same language. This fits hotels, practices and retailers with international customers particularly well.

How to prepare it: The language Multi-Language in the demo agent, see Languages and voices.

5. The answer from their own document

During the demonstration, you upload the prospect's price list or menu as a PDF. They call, ask about a price, and the agent states it.

How to prepare it: A PDF with a clear structure that you've tested once beforehand, see Knowledge base.

6. The transfer to a person

The prospect says: "I'd like to speak to someone." The agent announces the connection, and your mobile rings on the table. This shows that the agent isn't a replacement for the team, but relieves it.

How to prepare it: Transfer to your mobile number with a clear rule. Transfers are part of the Pro plan.

7. The change in one minute

The prospect says: "And what if our opening hours change?" You change them in the prompt, save, and they call again straight away. The agent knows the new times.

How to prepare it: Nothing except a prompt in which the opening hours are in a clearly recognisable place.

Without a live step, the moment fades

The strongest moment doesn't help much if nobody acts afterwards. Ask about the next step directly after the moment that convinced your prospect the most, and set up the agent together while the impression is fresh.
