Cal.com
Connect Cal.com so your agent checks free slots and books appointments. Create an event type, generate an API key, connect Google Calendar and Outlook.
For appointments, bhomy uses Cal.com. There you define which appointments exist and when you're available. Your agent reads this during the conversation and books directly. You connect Google Calendar, Outlook and other calendars in Cal.com so that busy times there are taken into account.
