Microsoft Teams and Microsoft 365
Connect your agent with Microsoft Teams telephony and Microsoft 365 so that calls and data flow between both worlds.
What the integration does
Your agent becomes part of your Teams telephony: calls to your Teams phone numbers reach the agent when needed, and it transfers conversations to colleagues in Teams. It enters appointments directly into Outlook calendars, and call notes end up in Microsoft 365.
How to do it today
| Goal | Today's route |
|---|---|
| Appointments in the Outlook calendar | Connect Outlook with Cal.com. Your agent books via Cal.com, and busy times from Outlook are taken into account |
| Calls from Teams to the agent | In Teams, set up forwarding to your bhomy number, for example when a call isn't answered. For this, your Teams account needs a licence for calls to the phone network |
| From the agent back to your team | Transfer connects to the person's Teams phone number |
| Call data in Microsoft 365 | Receive the webhook after the call in Power Automate with the trigger for incoming HTTP requests, and create entries in Outlook, Excel or Dynamics from it |
| Starting calls from Microsoft 365 | In Power Automate, call the Outbound API with an HTTP action |
