Google Address Validation
Check and complete addresses during the conversation, so technicians, deliveries and invoices arrive at the right address.
What the integration does
- Checks the address the caller gives against Google's data.
- Adds missing parts such as the postcode and corrects spellings.
- Has the agent ask the caller specific follow-up questions when something is unclear, such as the house number.

For the Address Validation API, you need a project with billing in Google Cloud.
