Zapier
Send conversation data to a Zap after every call and start outbound calls from Zapier, with Webhooks by Zapier.
With Zapier, you connect bhomy to thousands of apps. The connection runs via Webhooks by Zapier: after every call, bhomy starts your Zap, and a Zap can trigger a call via the Outbound API.
Receiving data after the call
- Create a new Zap in Zapier and choose Webhooks by Zapier › Catch Hook as the trigger.
- Copy the webhook address shown.
- In bhomy, open your agent › Tools › Automation › Add › CRM Ticket and enter the address under Webhook URL.
- Click Test URL in bhomy and Test trigger in Zapier. Zapier shows the sample data.
- Add the actions, such as a contact in your CRM or a message in Slack, and map the fields.
- Click Activate in bhomy and publish the Zap.
Which fields bhomy sends is described under What bhomy sends after the call. Zapier shows nested fields, such as the email address in context, as separate fields, for example "Context Email".
