Airtable
Store every call as a record in Airtable and look up callers in your base when the phone rings.
What the integration does
- Creates a record in a table after every call, with the caller, request, summary and a link to the conversation.
- Looks up the caller in your base when the phone rings, so the agent greets them by name.
- Uses contact lists from Airtable for outbound calls.
How to do it today
| Goal | Today's route |
|---|---|
| A record per call | CRM Ticket to n8n, Make or Zapier, where the Airtable module creates a record |
| Recognising callers when the phone rings | Incoming Webhook to a workflow that looks up the phone number in Airtable and returns the name and fields |
| Starting calls from a table | A workflow reads new rows and calls the Outbound API |
