Make

Send conversation data to a Make scenario after every call, call Make during the conversation and start outbound calls from Make.

With Make, you connect bhomy to your CRM, your spreadsheets or your ticket system without programming. After every call, bhomy starts your scenario, and your scenario can trigger a call via the Outbound API.

Receiving data after the call

  1. Create a new scenario in Make and choose Webhooks › Custom webhook as the trigger.
  2. Create a new webhook and copy the address.
  3. In bhomy, open your agent › Tools › Automation › Add › CRM Ticket and enter the address under Webhook URL.
  4. In Make, click Redetermine data structure, then click Test URL in bhomy. Make recognises the fields from the sample data.
  5. Add the next modules, such as "Create contact" in your CRM, and map the fields.
  6. Click Activate in bhomy and switch the scenario on in Make.

Which fields bhomy sends is described under What bhomy sends after the call. The structure is the same for Make.

Calling Make during the conversation

With the CRM System tool, your agent calls a Make webhook during the call. If your scenario returns JSON with Webhook response, the agent states the values in the conversation, such as an order status. Keep the scenario short, as the caller is waiting. The setup is described under API call during the conversation.

Starting outbound calls from Make

  1. Create a key in bhomy under API Key.
  2. Add the HTTP › Make a request module to your scenario.
  3. URL https://app.bhomy.ai/api/v1/outbound, method POST.
  4. Header Authorization with the value Bearer YOUR_API_KEY, and Idempotency-Key with a unique ID per call, such as the row ID.
  5. Body type Raw, content type JSON, and as content toNumber, fromNumber and context with values from the previous modules.
{
  "toNumber": "+491701234567",
  "fromNumber": "+494012345678",
  "context": { "customer_name": "Anna", "appointment": "Tuesday at 10 am" }
}

Replace the sample values with the fields of your previous modules. Make retries failed modules. With the Idempotency-Key, bhomy still only calls once. All responses are listed under Outbound API and Error codes.
