Contacts
An address book for your callers, so your agent recognises regular customers and greets them by name.
What contact management does
With contacts, you create an address book for your callers. When bhomy recognises a number, your agent already knows who is calling while the phone is still ringing.
| Feature | Benefit |
|---|---|
| Create and import contacts | Name, company and notes per phone number, one by one or as a CSV |
| Recognise callers | The agent greets regular customers by name and knows their last request |
| History per contact | All calls with one person in one place |
| Context in the prompt | Contact fields are available as variables in the greeting and prompt |
How it works today
If your customer data is in a CRM or a spreadsheet, the Incoming Webhook loads it while the phone is ringing. bhomy sends the caller's number to your URL, your system responds with the name and other fields, and your agent uses them as variables, for example {{name}} in the greeting.
You capture new callers with the Context Extractor and send the data to your system by webhook after the call. That way your customer base grows with every call.
