WhatsApp message after the call
After the conversation, automatically send a WhatsApp message to the caller with a confirmation, a link or documents.
What the WhatsApp message does
After the conversation, bhomy sends the caller a WhatsApp message via your business WhatsApp account: an appointment confirmation, an address with directions, a link to forms or a summary of what was discussed. As with the SMS, you set the content, variables, condition and the caller's consent.
