Get a New Number
To get a phone number:
- Navigate to Phone Numbers in your dashboard.
- Click "Get New Number".
- Select your country.
- Choose a number type.
- Select an area code (where available).
- Click "Provision".
Your number is active within seconds.

Number Types

Numbers are provisioned instantly — no waiting, no paperwork. As soon as you click "Provision", the number is live and ready to receive calls.
Pricing
Starter includes 1 number and Pro includes 2. Each additional number costs €6 on Starter and €5 on Pro, per month and net of VAT. On the Individual plan, numbers are agreed individually.
Assigning to an Agent
After provisioning, assign the number to an agent from either the phone number settings page or the agent configuration page. Each number can only be assigned to one agent at a time.
