Get a New Number
To get a phone number:
- Navigate to Phone Numbers in your dashboard.
- Click "Get New Number".
- Select your country.
- Choose a number type.
- Select an area code (where available).
- Click "Provision".
Your number is active within seconds.

Assigning to an Agent
After provisioning, assign the number to an agent from either the phone number settings page or the agent configuration page. Each number can only be assigned to one agent at a time.
