Outbound Calls & Campaigns
Launch outbound campaigns with BHOMY: import lists, test scripts, run compliance checks, and watch results in real time.
BHOMY isn't just for answering calls — you can also use it to make outbound calls at scale. Create campaigns to reach contacts with a consistent script and track results.
Creating an Outbound Campaign
- Navigate to Campaigns in your dashboard.
- Click "New Campaign".
- Name your campaign and select an agent.
- Import your contact list.
- Configure the campaign script and scheduling.
- Review and launch.
Import Contacts
Upload a CSV file with your contact list. Required columns:

Script Setup
Your campaign script is similar to agent instructions but tailored for outbound calls. Include an opening that explains why you're calling and what you want to discuss.
Scheduling
- Time of day — Set start and end times for outbound calls.
- Days of week — Select which days the campaign runs.
- Timezone — Calls are placed according to the contact's timezone when available.
Rate Limiting & Pacing
Control how fast calls are placed to avoid overwhelming your team or triggering spam filters:
- Calls per minute — Maximum simultaneous outbound calls.
- Pause between calls — Minimum gap between calls to the same contact.
Campaign Tracking
Monitor your campaign in real-time from the dashboard. Track metrics like calls completed, calls answered, average call duration, and conversion rates.
Compliance
Ensure your outbound campaigns comply with local regulations including TCPA (US), GDPR (EU), and local do-not-call lists. BHOMY provides tools to manage opt-outs but compliance is ultimately your responsibility.
