Minute Allocations
Minutes are included in your monthly subscription. If you exceed your allocation, additional minutes are billed at a per-minute rate (Starter: €0.16/min, Pro: €0.15/min). Unused minutes do not roll over to the next month. All calls are billed per second for fair pricing.
Choosing the Right Plan
- Starter — Ideal for small businesses with low to moderate call volume. Includes 200 minutes, 5 concurrent calls, and e-mail support.
- Pro — Best for growing companies with higher call volume. Includes 700 minutes, 15 concurrent calls, SIP trunk integration, and 24/7 support.
- Individual — For high-volume operations needing custom limits, custom voice synthesis, a dedicated account manager, and custom SLA.
