Managing Your Subscription
Manage your subscription: switch plans, update payment methods, download invoices, and edit your tax address.
You manage your plan, payment details and invoices in the dashboard.
Changing Your Plan
- Go to Settings → "Billing".
- Click "Change Plan".
- Select the new plan.
A plan change takes effect from the next billing period, upgrades and downgrades alike. Until then your current plan and its quota stay active.
Billing Cycle
Billing is in advance, monthly or annually, depending on the billing option you chose. The term matches the billing period and renews for the same period unless you cancel before it ends.
Payment Methods
Payment is by card (credit or debit card). The amount is due when invoiced and is collected via your stored payment method. Stripe manages payment methods and invoices for us.
Invoices
Invoices are available in the dashboard after each billing. There you can also add your billing address and VAT ID; Stripe calculates VAT based on country and VAT ID.
