Managing Your Subscription

Manage your subscription: switch plans, update payment methods, download invoices, and edit your tax address.

Upgrade, downgrade, or update your billing information from the dashboard at any time.

Upgrading Your Plan

  1. Go to Settings"Billing".
  2. Click "Change Plan".
  3. Select the higher plan.
  4. Confirm the change.

Upgrades take effect immediately. You'll be charged a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period.

Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades take effect at the end of your current billing period. Your current plan's features remain available until then. Note that if your usage exceeds the lower plan's limits, you may need to remove agents or phone numbers before the downgrade takes effect.

Billing Cycle

BHOMY bills monthly on the same date you started your subscription. For example, if you subscribed on March 15, your billing date is the 15th of every month.

Payment Methods

We accept:

  • Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Debit cards
  • SEPA Direct Debit (EU)
  • Bank transfer (Individual only)

Invoices

Invoices are generated automatically after each billing cycle and are available in Settings"Billing""Invoices". You can update your billing address and VAT ID for proper invoicing.
