How the quota, packages and billing of your call minutes work.
Minute Calculation
Minutes are counted per second from the moment the call connects until it ends. Both inbound and outbound calls consume minutes.
Quota
Your plan includes minutes per billing month: 700 on Starter, 3,000 on Pro. They apply monthly also on annual billing and do not carry over to the next month. You can see your current usage in the dashboard under "Usage and receipts".
Minute Packages
At 90% of your quota, a package of 100 minutes for €15 is booked automatically and charged immediately. Unused package minutes remain valid until the end of the following billing month. You can switch the automation off in the dashboard; calls are then declined once the quota is used up.
