Understand how your minute balance works and how to manage your usage effectively.

Minute Calculation

Minutes are counted from the moment the call connects until it ends. Both inbound and outbound calls consume minutes. All calls are billed per second for fair, transparent pricing.

Checking Your Balance

View your remaining minutes at any time in the dashboard header or in Settings"Usage". The usage page shows a detailed breakdown by agent, day, and call direction.

Usage Alerts

BHOMY sends automatic email alerts at these levels:

  • 75% used — Heads-up notification.
  • 90% used — Urgent notification.
  • 100% used — Minute balance depleted.

Overage Handling

When your minute balance reaches zero, one of two things happens based on your settings:

  • Auto-recharge — Additional minutes are purchased automatically.
  • Pause service — Agents stop answering calls until you add more minutes.

Buying Additional Minutes

Go to Settings"Billing""Buy Minutes" to purchase additional minutes at any time. Pricing follows your plan's per-minute rate.
