Cancellation & Data

Cancel your subscription: notice periods, data export, port your numbers back, and what happens after the end date.

If BHOMY isn't the right fit, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Here's what you need to know.

How to Cancel

  1. Go to Settings"Billing".
  2. Click "Cancel Subscription".
  3. Select a reason (optional but helpful).
  4. Confirm cancellation.

Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

What Happens to Your Data

After cancellation:

  • Immediate — Phone numbers are released and agents stop answering calls at the end of the billing period.
  • 30 days — Your account data (transcripts, recordings, settings) is preserved for 30 days in case you change your mind.
  • After 30 days — All data is permanently deleted in compliance with GDPR.

Data Export

Before canceling, export your data:

  • Call recordings (MP3)
  • Transcripts (JSON/PDF)
  • Analytics data (CSV)
  • Knowledge base content

Go to Settings"Data Export" to generate a comprehensive export.

Refund Policy

We offer a full refund within the first 30 days of your subscription (30-day money-back guarantee). After that, no prorated refunds are given — but you keep access until the end of your billing period.

Reactivating Your Account

Within the 30-day retention period, you can reactivate your account and all your data will be restored. Simply log in and choose a new plan.
