Viewing Transcripts
Click any call in the call logs to view its transcript. The transcript includes:
- Speaker labels — Clear distinction between the AI agent and the caller.
- Timestamps — Each utterance is timestamped so you can find specific moments.
- Full text — The complete conversation from start to finish.
Searching Within Transcripts
Use the search bar to find specific words or phrases across all transcripts. This is invaluable for:
- Finding mentions of specific products or services
- Identifying recurring issues or complaints
- Researching how customers phrase their questions
Exporting Transcripts
Export transcripts in multiple formats:
- Text (.txt) — Plain text with speaker labels
- JSON — Structured data with timestamps and metadata

Accuracy & Limitations
Transcription accuracy is typically 95%+ for clear audio in supported languages. Accuracy may be lower for:
- Heavy accents or dialects
- Background noise
- Multiple speakers talking simultaneously
- Technical jargon or unusual proper nouns
