The Analytics Dashboard gives you a comprehensive view of your AI agent's performance. Track call volumes, success rates, and usage patterns to optimize your setup.
Overview
The analytics dashboard is divided into sections: key metrics at the top, charts in the middle, and detailed tables at the bottom. Use the date range picker to filter data by day, week, month, or custom range.
Key Metrics

| Total Calls | Total number of inbound and outbound calls in the selected period. |
| Success Rate | Percentage of calls resolved by the AI without human transfer. |
| Avg Duration | Average call length in minutes and seconds. |
| Total Minutes | Total call minutes consumed. |
Call Volume Charts
Visualize your call patterns with interactive charts:
- Daily/Weekly/Monthly volume — Bar chart showing call counts over time.
- Hourly distribution — See which hours of the day have the most calls.
- Inbound vs. Outbound — Compare inbound and outbound call volumes.
Peak Hours Heatmap
The heatmap shows call volume by day of week and hour of day. Use this to identify your busiest times and ensure you have enough capacity.
Agent Comparison
If you have multiple agents, compare their performance side by side: call volume, success rate, average duration, and customer satisfaction scores.
Filters
Filter analytics data by:
- Agent — View metrics for a specific agent.
- Date range — Custom start and end dates.
- Call direction — Inbound, outbound, or both.
- Call outcome — Resolved, transferred, abandoned.
