Call Logs & Recordings
Search and filter call logs by date, number, outcome, sentiment, or custom tag — including audio and per-call transcripts.
Access detailed records of every call your AI agents handle, including recordings you can play back and download.
Call History
Navigate to Analytics → "Call Logs" to see a table of all calls. Each entry shows:
- Date & time
- Caller phone number
- Agent name
- Duration
- Status (completed, transferred, missed)
- Recording available indicator
Filtering & Searching
Use the filter bar to narrow down the call list:
- Search by phone number or caller name
- Filter by agent, date range, status
- Sort by duration, date, or status
Call Recordings
Click any call to open the detail view and play the recording. The audio player includes seeking, speed controls, and volume adjustment.
Downloading Recordings
Download recordings as MP3 files for archival or review. Bulk download is available for exporting multiple recordings at once.
Storage & Retention
Recordings are stored securely in compliance with GDPR:

Ensure you comply with local laws regarding call recording consent. In many jurisdictions, you must inform callers that the call is being recorded. Configure your agent's greeting to include a disclosure statement.
Recording Consent
BHOMY can be configured to play a recording disclosure at the start of each call. You can customize this message in your agent settings.
