Workflows in BHOMY: branch calls automatically, capture data, call external systems, and trigger follow-ups without human hand-off.

Workflows are automated processes that extend your AI agent's capabilities beyond just talking. They let your agent take real actions during and after calls — like booking appointments, creating CRM records, or sending notifications.

What Are Workflows?

A workflow is a sequence of automated steps triggered by specific events during or after a phone call. Think of them as the "actions" your agent can perform beyond conversation.

Types of Workflows

  • During-call actions — Things the agent does while on the phone: check calendar availability, look up customer records, create appointments.
  • Post-call actions — Things that happen after the call ends: log notes to CRM, send follow-up emails, update a spreadsheet, trigger a notification.

Workflow Builder

The visual workflow builder lets you create automations with a drag-and-drop interface. Connect triggers to actions with conditional logic:

  • Triggers — Call started, call ended, intent detected, keyword mentioned, appointment booked.
  • Conditions — If call duration > 5 min, if sentiment is negative, if caller is new.
  • Actions — Create CRM contact, book appointment, send email, call webhook, send SMS.
