CRM Integration

CRM integrations with HubSpot, Salesforce, and Pipedrive: sync call, contact, and note records after every conversation.

Connect your CRM to automatically log calls, create contacts, and update records — all without lifting a finger.

Supported CRMs

  • HubSpot — Full integration with contacts, deals, and activities.
  • Salesforce — Sync contacts, log calls, create tasks and opportunities.
  • Zoho CRM — Create contacts, log calls, and update records.

Connecting Your CRM

Go to Workflows"CRM Integration" and click "Connect" next to your CRM. Most connections use OAuth — you'll be redirected to your CRM to authorize the connection.

Auto-Create Contacts

When enabled, BHOMY automatically creates a new contact in your CRM for every new caller. The contact record includes:

  • Phone number
  • Name (if provided during the call)
  • Email (if provided)
  • Call summary
  • Tags based on call outcome

Field Mapping

Map BHOMY data fields to your CRM fields. For example:

Call Logging

Every call is automatically logged as an activity in your CRM. The log includes call duration, outcome, transcript summary, and a link to the full recording.

Creating Deals & Tickets

Configure triggers to automatically create deals or support tickets based on call content:

  • Caller expresses purchase intent → Create deal in pipeline
  • Caller reports an issue → Create support ticket
  • Caller requests a quote → Create opportunity
