Voice Selection & Customization

Pick the right AI voice: natural voices per language, gender, age, and pace — with live preview inside the dashboard.

Your agent's voice is a crucial part of the caller experience. BHOMY offers a library of 33+ premium voices across multiple languages, accents, and styles.

Voice Library

Access the voice library from your agent's configuration page under the "Voice" tab. Each voice is professionally recorded and optimized for phone conversations. Voices are available in a wide variety of languages and regional accents.

Filtering Voices

Use the filter controls to narrow down your options:

  • Language — Filter by the primary language of the voice.
  • Gender — Male or female voices.
  • Accent — Regional accent variations (e.g., American English, British English, Australian English).
  • Style — Professional, friendly, calm, energetic, or neutral.

Preview Voices

Click the play button next to any voice to hear a sample. We recommend listening to several voices before making your selection. Consider how the voice represents your brand and whether it matches the tone set in your agent instructions.

Voice Customization

After selecting a voice, you can fine-tune its characteristics:

  • Speed — Adjust from 0.5x (slow and deliberate) to 2x (fast-paced). Default is 1x.
  • Pitch — Raise or lower the pitch to better match your brand identity.
💡 Tip

Test your chosen voice with a real test call before going live. A voice that sounds great in the preview may feel different in an actual phone conversation context.
