Webhooks

实时 Webhook：将 call.start、call.end、transfer 与自定义事件以签名负载推送到你的端点。

Webhooks 向您的系统发送实时 HTTP 通知。

配置

  1. 前往工作流 → "Webhooks"。
  2. 点击"添加 Webhook"。
  3. 输入您的端点 URL。
  4. 选择事件。

可用事件

事件说明
call.started通话开始
call.ended通话结束
call.transferred通话已转接
appointment.booked预约已确认
