E001 | Agent Not Found | The specified agent ID does not exist. | Verify the agent ID in your dashboard. It may have been deleted. |
E002 | Phone Not Configured | No phone number is assigned to the agent. | Assign a phone number in the agent settings. |
E003 | Knowledge Base Empty | The agent has no knowledge base content. | Upload documents, add URLs, or create FAQ entries. |
E004 | Rate Limit Exceeded | Too many API requests in the time window. | Reduce request frequency. Check your plan's rate limit. |
E005 | Authentication Failed | Invalid or expired API key. | Generate a new API key in Settings → API Keys. |
E006 | Insufficient Minutes | Your minute balance is zero. | Purchase additional minutes or upgrade your plan. |
E007 | Transfer Failed | The call transfer destination didn't answer. | Check the transfer number is correct and reachable. |
E008 | Webhook Delivery Failed | Webhook endpoint returned a non-2xx response. | Check your endpoint is running and accessible. Review webhook logs. |
